用途及特點
　　本機床為縱（Z ）、橫（X ）、斜（C ）三軸控制的數控臥式車床，專門用于活塞環外圓表面的精加工。機床采用最新的CKA6150 為機型水平床身，床鞍導軌和下滑板導軌都采取了“貼塑”，大大提高導軌精度并延長使用壽命。刀架縱向、橫向、斜向移動均由交流伺服電機傳遞給滾珠絲杠，帶動床鞍刀架作縱、橫、斜三向運動，直接代替了雙坐標用插補加工外錐面方法，大大減小了角度誤差，提高了表面光潔度。方刀架上安裝了專用刀具，可實現多把刀分組加工，提高了生產效率。
