　　該機床是本公司根據活塞環鍍前需要表面光滑，相鄰邊緣倒角處干凈，對減少漏光有明顯作用，而且打磨質量好壞直接影響電鍍表面質量而設計的。國內現有活塞環加工設備，大部分沒有柔性打磨，而且裝夾后整筒環中心有偏差，即芯桿彎曲等原因直接影響活塞環表面質量。該機床******的特點是鍍后打磨采用柔性裝置使活塞環表面受到壓力均衡，對消除鉻瘤有明顯作用。該機床操作簡單，安全可靠，適應性廣。
